Links with the Fire Service Through our links with the fire service, students are able to “see the consequences” of joy riding or drink driving. When we have a vehicle that is of no further use to us, we invite the Fire Service to come use the vehicle for training purposes. During these sessions the fire-fighters simulate a road traffic accident and extract a “casualty” from the vehicle. They also show the students a video of an accident which reinforces the session. |
